NOTE: Before troubleshooting the power sliding doors, troubleshooting the multiplex integrated system first using B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A (see TROUBLESHOOTING - B-CAN SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS TEST MODE A ).

If the power sliding door has one of the systems shown in SYMPTOM AND DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE , perform the diagnostic procedure for it, in the sequence listed.

SYMPTOM AND DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Symptom Diagnostic procedure
The sliding door will not open or close automatically with all operations (the power sliding door switch, inner handle, outer handle switch, keyless transmitter)

With the sliding door window closed, the sliding door stops at its interim position
