Fuel Pressure Regulator: Installation
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation

- Install the small "O" ring and then the large "O" ring into the fuel rail. Lubricate the "O" rings with clean engine oil before installation.
- Install the fuel pressure regulator taking care not to disturb the "O" rings.
- Install the fuel pressure regulator retaining bolt. Tighten the bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator.
- Inspect for leaks by using the following procedure.
- Turn ignition switch to RUN position, with the engine OFF for 2 seconds.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position for 10 seconds.
- Turn ignition switch to RUN position, with the engine OFF.
- Check for fuel leaks.
