- Remove the endgate trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Remove the endgate water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Remove the endgate handle. Refer to HANDLE REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Remove the endgate bellcrank. Refer to BELLCRANK REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Remove the endgate latches. Refer to LATCH REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Remove the liftgate latches. Refer to LATCH REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE (AZTEK) or LATCH REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE (RENDEZVOUS) .
- Remove the endgate lock cylinder. Refer to LOCK CYLINDER REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Remove the endgate weatherstrip. Refer to WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Remove the endgate hinge bolts.
- Remove the endgate from the vehicle, with an assistant.
- Remove the endgate wiring harness.
- Remove the endgate rear panel molding. Refer to MOLDING REPLACEMENT -- REAR PANEL .
