  1. Turn steering wheel to place vehicle wheels in straight-ahead position. Turn ignition off and remove key.
  2. Remove SIR fuse, located in instrument panel fuse block on left end of instrument panel. Open glove box door. Remove Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip from passenger-side air bag module Yellow 2-pin connector, located behind instrument panel support. See Fig 1. Disconnect passenger-side air bag module connector.
