- Turn steering wheel to place vehicle wheels in straight-ahead position. Turn ignition off and remove key.
- Remove SIR fuse, located in instrument panel fuse block on left end of instrument panel. Open glove box door. Remove Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip from passenger-side air bag module Yellow 2-pin connector, located behind instrument panel support. See Fig 1. Disconnect passenger-side air bag module connector.
