Glow Plug: Installation

2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation

  1. Install the glow plug(s). Install the buss bar and wiring, if equipped. Tighten the plug to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Install the harness to the desired glow plug(s). Install the glow plug nuts to the desired glow plug(s). Tighten the nut to specification. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. See AIR CLEANER OUTLET DUCT  under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS.
  3. Install the wheelhouse panel to the appropriate wheelhouse. Install the top clips retaining the harness to the top of the wheelhouse panel. Install the push-in retainers to the wheelhouse panel. Connect the negative battery cables. Tighten battery cable bolts to specification.
