Fuel Pressure Regulator: Installation
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada AWDSECTION Installation

NOTE:
Lubricate the "O" rings with clean engine oil before installation.
- Install the fuel pressure regulator to the fuel rail. See Figure.
- Install the fuel pressure regulator retaining bolt. Tighten the retaining bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the vacuum pipe to the fuel pressure regulator.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Check for leaks using the following procedure:
- Turn ignition switch to RUN position for 2 seconds.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position for 10 seconds.
- Turn ignition switch to RUN position.
- Check for fuel leaks.
- Place the shop towel into a suitable storage container.
