ACC = Adaptive Cruise Control
FSM = Forward Sensing Module

DESCRIPTION:
Customers may complain of a fault in the ACC which occurs during the Queue Assist function. The fault causes the cruise control to cancel and not be available for the remainder of the drive cycle; it is available again after restarting the vehicle. The driver is indicated of the fault by a warning chime and the text message "Cruise control unavailable".

SERVICE:
For customer complaints of the above symptom, first secure that the latest FSM SW is installed by attempting/performing an FSM Upgrade. Then download additional FSM software:

- S80 and XC70: 31400158.
- S60 and XC60: 31400159.
