DESCRIPTION:
Volvo Cars of North America, LLC. has decided to launch a service action on certain model year 2007 - 2011 XC90 and 2008 - 2011 S40, V50, C70 and C30 vehicles.
Volvo has identified that the Navigation system (MMM+) may enter into a permanent reset mode.
NOTE:
RETAILER MUST CONFIRM VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY PRIOR TO BEGINNING REPAIR FOR THIS SERVICE ACTION. Cars have been manually marked in QW9O with a chassis number list. There might be cars within the limitations above which are not affected by this action.
SERVICE:
Download DVD-ROM part no.31346290 according to attached instructions: TJ instruction XC90 or TJ instruction P1X as applicable.
This DVD was allocated to retailers starting November 2, 2011. Please refer to Parts Operations Announcement dated 11/02/11 for details.
