Replacing climate control unit switches
Removal
Preparations
- Ignition off
- Remove the dashboard environment panel.
Switches, lower row
- Release the panel by pressing up the catches from underneath. See the illustration, upper half
- Remove any blind switches (covers where there is no switch) to make removing the switches easier
- Remove the switch by carefully pulling it straight out. See the illustration, lower half.
Installation

In reverse order.
Caution! Carefully press the switch down when installing it. The terminal pins on the printed circuit board are fragile.
