Front Window Regulator

Removing






- Remove the door trim panel.

- Remove the subframe.

- Remove the door window. Refer to => [ Front Door Window ] Front Door Window.

- Loosen the nuts - 2 - but do not remove them.

- Remove the nut - 4 -.

- Remove the window regulator upward from out of the mount.

- Tilt the rear window regulator - 3 - downward - arrow - and let it rest in the door at an angle.






- Slide the front window regulator - 3 - slightly upward - arrow a - out of the mount.

- Swivel the front window regulator - 3 - past the rear window regulator - 2 -.

- Remove the window regulator from out of the door - 1 - - arrow c -.






- Turn the rear window regulator - 2 - across - arrow b - and towards the center - arrow a - of the door.

- Remove the rear window regulator - 2 - from the door - arrow c -.

Installation






- Set the rear window regulator - 1 - in the door - 4 - angled toward the rear.

- Guide the front window regulator - 2 - across in the door and swivel it - arrow a - past the rear window regulator. Push the front window regulator into its installed position - arrow b -.

- Turn the rear window regulator - 1 - and push it into the installed position - arrow c -.

- Tighten the nuts - 3 and 5 - to the tightening specification: 12 Nm.
