Subframe Overview
The - arrow - points in the driving direction.
1 Subframe
2 Rear Bonded Rubber Bushing
• Replacing, refer to => [ Subframe Bonded Rubber Bushing ] Subframe Bonded Rubber Bushing.
3 Front Bonded Rubber Bushing
• Replacing, refer to => [ Subframe Bonded Rubber Bushing ] Subframe Bonded Rubber Bushing.
4 Rear Final Drive
• Removing and installing, refer to "CC, Tiguan and Golf R Components".
5 Bolt
• M12 x 105
• 60 Nm + an additional 90° turn.
• Always replace if removed.
6 Washer
• Installed between the final drive and the subframe.
7 Washer
• The washer must be placed with the holes on tabs of the bonded rubber bushing.
8 Bolt
• M12 x 105
• 60 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.
• Always replace if removed.
