Spark Plugs, 2.0L, Replacing


Special Tools and Workshop Equipment Required
























- Spark Plug Wrench -3122 B-
- Puller -T40039-
- Removal/Installation Tool -T10029-
- Torque Wrench -V.A.G 1331-
- Spark Plug Connector Pliers -V.A.G 1922-
- Puller -T10112-
- Puller -T10094 A-
- Seal Puller -T10118-

Removing

- Loosen clamp screws and remove engine cover upward.

- Disconnect connectors for fuel injectors of first and fourth cylinders.





- Disconnect spark plug connectors using puller -T10112-.





- Remove spark plugs using spark plug wrench -3122 B-.

NOTE:



Plug designation and torque specifications.
Follow all waste disposal regulations!

Installing

- Install new spark plugs using spark plug wrench -3122 B-.

- Connect spark plug connectors using puller -T10112-.

- Insert engine cover and secure clamp screws.
