- Apply adhesive material all around onto pre-coating - 1 - at right angle to window.

NOTE: Window must be installed within 10 minutes, otherwise bonding properties of window adhesive will be impaired.

- Insert window into window cut out using two double suction lifters (VAG 1344), center and press in up to spacer.
- Attach side window from the front and rear window from above with protruding sealing lips.
- Gap dimension of windshield.
- Rear window gap dimension.
- Secure windshield using window adjuster (443 845 631 A) during curing time.
- Re-affix any stickers (e.g. for airbag).
- Secure window glasses during curing time using adhesive tape.
- If the adhesive bead has been applied too thick and the adhesive expands onto the area of the window heating, then the excess adhesive must be removed.
