Curing Time
WARNING: The special standards must be adhered to when replacing bonded windows. One of these standards for example is, that a freshly bonded windshield must comply with the safety elements, even in an accident, once the adhesive has exceeded the prescribed curing time.
With the new 2K adhesive DA 004 600 A2 a shorter curing time, as shown in the table, has been attained.
Curing time means: from bonding window into taking vehicle into use. During the curing time the vehicle must stand on a level surface at room temperature (at least 15° C).
WARNING: Vehicle is only safe to use after curing time is completed.
