- Remove door.
- Remove (unscrew) headlight mount connection.
- Cut front fender.
- Remove excess material.
Replacement part
- Fender
Welding
- Before welding check gaps and alignment to adjacent parts.
- Spot weld fender to B pillar, continuous seam (staggered).
