Axial Clearance:
New 0.07-0.23 mm (0.0028-0.0091 inch)
Wear limit 0.30 mm (0.0118)
Radial Clearance:
New 0.02-0.06 mm (0.0008-0.0024 inch)
Wear Limit 0.10 mm (0.0039 inch)
Crankshaft Dimensions:
Main Bearing 59.958-59.978 mm (2.36055-2.36134 inch)
Connecting Rod Bearing 53.958-53.978 mm (2.12433-2.12512 inch)
NOTE:
- Do not rotate the crankshaft when checking the radial clearance.
- Reworking of crankshaft is not permitted.
TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS
Main Bearing Cap Bolts, Tighten In Two Stages:
1st Stage 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
2nd Stage Turn 1/2 turn (180°)
NOTE:
- Two 90° Additional Turns Are Permitted.
- Always Replace Main Bearing Cap Bolts.
Trigger Wheel Bolts, Tighten In Two Stages:
1st Stage 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)
2nd Stage 1/4 Turn 1/4 Turn (90°)
NOTE: Always Replace Trigger Wheel Bolts.
Axial Clearance:
