Removing TCM -J217-
- Switch ignition off.
- Remove wiper arms and plenum inner cover.
- Release multi-pin connector, then remove connector from control module.
- Remove screws (arrows).
- Remove control module.
Installing TCM -J217-
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
- Locate multi-pin connector on TCM -J217- pins (arrows) then lock connector.
- Perform On Board Diagnostic (OBD).
- Initiating basic setting.
