Side Window Assembly:
1. Door and side window seal.
2. Side window.
3. Side window height stop.
4. Hex-head bolt (7 Nm [62 in Ib]).
5. Window slot seal, inner.
- Pushed onto flange.
6. Main pillar seal, inner.
7. Main pillar seal, outer.
8. Hex-head bolt (7 Nm [62 in Ib]).
9. Window guide, rear
10. Window slot seal, outer
- Pushed onto flange
11. Guide roller
12. Hex-head bolt (7 Nm [62 in Ib]).
13. Window regulator
14. Window regulator height stop
Side Window, Removing:
- Remove side trim..
- Loosen inner main pillar seal.
- Remove inner window slot seal.
- Lower side window and unclip from window lifter -arrows-.
- Remove side window by pulling upward out of window slot.
Install in reverse order. Make necessary adjustments.
B-pillar Outer Trim, Removing:
Removing B-Pillar Outer Trim:
- Pull off door and side window seal.
- Drill out rivets -2- and remove trim -1-.
