Idle Speed Specifications:
Engines w/DIS: Radiator fan (and all other electrical items) must not run while adjusting idle speed. Disconnect harness plugs from the idle stabilizer and connect them together.
Engines w/o DIS: disconnect PCV valve hose from valve cover and disconnect plug at green oxygen sensor wire. Start engine and check idle speed.
