  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. DISCONNECT NO. 2 VENTILATION HOSE

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 5 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

  5. SEPARATE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

      1. Using an 8 mm socket wrench, remove the 3 bolts to separate the throttle body with motor assembly from the intake manifold.
  6. DISCONNECT NO. 8 WATER BY-PASS HOSE 
    NOTE:

    If the throttle body with motor assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

  7. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY GASKET
