2025 Toyota 4Runner SR5, RWDSECTION Procedure
- REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the vacuum sensor assembly connector.
- Disconnect the No. 2 ventilation pressure sensor hose from the vacuum sensor assembly.
- Using an 8 mm socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and vacuum sensor assembly from the fuel hose protector.NOTE:
If the vacuum sensor assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
- REMOVE PURGE PRESSURE SENSOR (VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the purge pressure sensor (vacuum sensor assembly) connector.
- Disconnect the No. 5 vacuum transmitting hose from the purge pressure sensor (vacuum sensor assembly).
- Using an 8 mm socket wrench, remove the bolt and purge pressure sensor (vacuum sensor assembly) from the compressor inlet elbow sub-assembly.NOTE:
If the purge pressure sensor (vacuum sensor assembly) has been struck or dropped, replace it.
