Electrical Load Method
To check if an intermittent occurs under electrical load, turn on all electrical loads (heater blower, headlights, rear window defogger, etc.). Check to see if the malfunction will occur by monitoring the suspected circuit or component with a DVOM.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
