Cruise Control Servo Cable: Adjustments

CABLE PLAY ADJUSTMENT

1. Remove actuator cap.
2. With actuator lever returned at original position (Where lever does not move clockwise any further), check cruise cable for play.
Cable play "a" : 1 - 2 mm (0.04 - 0.08 in.)
If it is out of specification, adjust it as follows.
3. Loosen cable lock nut.
4. Adjust cable play to specified value by turning adjusting nut.
5. Tighten lock nut securely after adjustment.
