Throttle Position Sensor On Side Of Throttle Body:







REMOVAL

1. Turn ignition Off.
2. Remove air intake tube and resonator.
3. Remove electrical connector from the sensor.
4. Remove TP sensor bolts.
5. Remove TP sensor assembly from throttle body.

NOTE: The TP sensor is an electrical component, and must not be soaked in any liquid solvent; otherwise damage could result.


INSTALLATION

1. With throttle valve closed, install TP sensor on throttle shaft. Rotate counterclockwise to align mounting holes.
2. Install bolts.
- Torque: 2 N.m (18 in-lbs)
3. Connect electrical connector to TP sensor. Push in until a click is heard and pull back to confirm a positive engagement.
4. Install intake tube and resonator.
