Door Window Rear Guide Rail, CV

To remove

1. Remove the door trim.
2. Fold down the water barrier.







3. Raise the window completely.
4. Remove the rubber plug from the bottom of the door end.
5. Note the position and remove the rear guide rail adjusting screw.
6. Remove the bolts securing the upper end of the guide rail.
7. Carefully bend out the window and unhook the upper end of the guide rail from the door panel.
8. Lift up the guide rail and pull it away from the plastic bushings at the rear edge of the window.

To Fit







The window must be raised when work is started.

1. Hold out the window slightly and fit the guide rail onto the plastic bushings. Hook the rail in the hole in the door panel.
2. Tighten the bolts that secure the upper end of the guide rail.
3. Tighten the adjusting screw at the guide rail lower end according to the marking.
4. Adjust the door window.
5. Fit the rubber plug.
6. Refit the water barrier.
7. Refit the door trim.
