Rear Side Window With Lift Mechanism, CV

To remove

1. Remove the rear side trim.
2. Mark the positions of the bolts and then remove the inner window well seal retainer.







3. Remove the outer window well seal retainer.
4. Remove the loudspeaker.
5. Raise the window.
6. Loosen the nuts securing the lift mechanism to the body.







7. Lift up the lift mechanism out of the mounting grooves in the body, lower it and unplug the lift motor connector.
8. Lift up the window and the lift mechanism.
9. When replacing a separate mechanism or window, remove the bolts that secure the window to the lift mechanism. When changing the window only, mark the position of bolt "A".

To Fit







1. Fit the window on the window lift and tighten the bolts.
2. Lower the window and lift mechanism in the window-well and plug in the connector.
3. Fit the lift mechanism and tighten the nuts securing it to the body according to markings.
4. Refit the loudspeaker.







5. Refit the outer window well seal.
6. Refit the inner window well seal holder according to the markings.
7. Adjust the rear side window.
8. Refit the rear side trim.
