ABS hydraulic unit and control module
To remove
1. Detach and move aside the main fuse box.
2. Unplug the connector and move it aside.
3. Unscrew the brake line unions and plug the holes.
4. Undo the two nuts securing the unit to the bracket.
5. Lift up the unit.
To fit
1. Lift the hydraulic unit into position, taking care not to damage the pipes
2. Fit the two nuts.
Tightening torque: 20 Nm (14.8 ft. lbs.)
3. Remove the plugs and reconnect the pipes. Fit the brake-pipe nipples (rear pipes first) finger tight and then tighten with spanner.
4. Plug in the connector.
5. Fit the main fuse box in place.
6. Bleed the brake system.
