Junction Plate, Front Wheel Housing, CV

1. Mount the car in an alignment bench with measuring fixture and cross-measure as necessary.
2. Drill out the spot welds securing the junction plate.







3. Grind down the seam welds securing the junction plate.
4. Knock away the junction plate and align any deformed metal.
5. Grind the areas to be welded on the spare part.
6. Grind the surfaces to be welded on the body.
7. Put the junction plate in place and secure it with some welding clamps.
8. Weld on the junction plate.
9. Apply primer to all bare metal surfaces. Use Standox 1K Fullprimer.
10. Seal joints and sheet metal flanges with sealant. Use Terostat 1K-PUR.
11. Apply anti-corrosion agent to internal surfaces after painting. Use Terotex HV 400.
