- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Drain the oil from the oil pan.
- Disconnect the oil level sensor electrical connector.
- Remove the oil level sensor bolt (751).
- Remove the oil level sensor (727) and O-ring (728) from the oil pan.
