  1. Remove the fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement .
  2. Install J 46406  to the fan clutch. See Special Tools .

  4. Remove the fan hub nut from the water pump.

  6. Remove the bolts from the fan clutch.
  7. Separate the fan clutch from the fan blade.
