  1. Position the battery positive fuse block feed cable into the vehicle.
  2. Install the battery positive fuse block feed cable to the underhood fuse block.
  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  4. Install the battery positive fuse block feed cable to positive (+) battery cable. Secure with the nut (5).

    Tighten:  Tighten the positive (+) battery cable-to-relay block 1 feed cable retaining nut to 9 N.m (78 lb in).

  5. Tape the loom to prevent dirt and moisture from entering the harness.
  6. Install the positive (+) battery cable harness loom to the harness retainers.
  7. Install the plastic insulator to the positive (+) battery cable.
  8. Install the battery to the vehicle. Refer to Battery Replacement .
