2008 Pontiac Grand Prix BaseSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the radiator outlet hose (3) to the radiator (1).
  2. Position the radiator outlet hose clamp (2) to the radiator (1).

  4. Install the radiator outlet hose (3) to the engine (1).
  5. Position the radiator outlet hose clamp (2) to the engine (1).
  6. Install the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
  7. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill) .
