  1. Install the A/T tap shift switches (2).
  2. Connect the electrical connectors.
  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the screws (1) to the tap shift switches.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 3.5 N.m (31 lb in).

  6. Connect the electrical connectors to the radio control switches.
  7. Install the steering wheel radio controls (2) to the steering wheel cover.
  8. Position the steering wheel cover to the steering wheel. Install the bolts (1) to the steering wheel cover.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 3.5 N.m (31 lb in).

  9. Install the steering wheel inflatable restraint module. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement in SIR.
  10. Enable the SIR System. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
