- Use the J 39916-A
J-39916- A CD and Cassette Diagnostic Audio Kit and perform the motor speed test.
- If the cassette motor speed is not correct, replace the radio?
- Play a known good audio cassette. If the playback is poor, attempt to clean the player again.
- If the playback quality can not be restored, replace the radio.
