SYMPTOM/CONDITION
A "no start" or "hard start" condition may occur in low ambient temperatures (32~ F or lower) while at altitudes of 5000 feet or higher.
DIAGNOSIS
To be sure all systems are operating as designed, use the appropriate
Driveability Test Procedure. If no problems are found, install the appropriate logic module listed below.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
The following logic modules have a revised start fuel schedule incorporated to lean out fuel delivery based on barometric pressure:
