2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Pickup)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Front)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Rear) .
  2. Disconnect the fuel pipes from the sending unit. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Plastic Collar) .
  3. Using J 44402  , remove the sending unit lock ring.

  5. Remove the sending unit and seal. Discard the seal.

  7. Clean the sending unit sealing surfaces.
