Installation Procedure
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Clean the mating surfaces on the air intake pipe (1) and the turbocharger (3).
- Align the air intake pipe to the turbocharger.NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the air intake pipe bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install PCV valve hose.
- Install glow plug relay. Refer to Glow Plug Relay Replacement (Federal Emissions) or Glow Plug Relay Replacement (California Emissions) .
- Install air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
