2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Clean the mating surfaces on the air intake pipe (1) and the turbocharger (3).

  3. Align the air intake pipe to the turbocharger.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the air intake pipe bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  5. Install PCV valve hose.
  6. Install glow plug relay. Refer to Glow Plug Relay Replacement (Federal Emissions)  or Glow Plug Relay Replacement (California Emissions) .
  7. Install air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
