2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower control arm bumper.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the lower control arm bumper nut

    Tighten 

    Tighten the nut to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the lower control arm to the vehicle.
  4. Install the lower ball joint stud to the steering knuckle. Refer to LOWER BALL JOINT REPLACEMENT (RWD)  or LOWER BALL JOINT REPLACEMENT (4WD) .
  5. Install the front coil spring. Refer to FRONT COIL SPRINGS REPLACEMENT .
  6. Check the front wheel alignment. Adjust if necessary. Refer to MEASURING WHEEL ALIGNMENT in Wheel Alignment.
