TCC Pulse Width Modulation Solenoid (4T65-E): Installation

  1. Install new O-ring seals (305, 306) onto the TCC PWM solenoid valve (334) if they were removed. See Figure . Install the TCC PWM solenoid (334). Hold the TCC PWM solenoid in place while installing the retaining clip (314F). Connect the TCC PWM solenoid electrical connector.
  2. Install the oil pump to the valve body. See Figure . Install the oil pump bolts (206, 207). See Figure . Tighten the bolts (207) to 106 INCH lbs. (12 N.m)
  3. Tighten the bolts (206) to 12 ft. lbs. (16 N.m). Reposition and connect the electrical connectors to the following:
    • Fluid pressure manual valve position switch assembly. See Figure .
    • 2-3 Shift solenoid valve assembly.
    • The internal mode switch, if equipped.
  4. Install the case side cover. See CASE SIDE COVER (4T65-E)  .
