Important: Inspect the rubber mounts for damage before installing the radiator.
- Install the radiator.
- Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the radiator. Refer to OIL COOLER LINES QUICK CONNECT FITTING .
- Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.
- Using the J38185 reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp to the radiator.
- Install the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD REPLACEMENT .
- Install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.
- Using the J38185 reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to the radiator.
- Install the coolant recovery reservoir hose to the radiator.
- Reposition the coolant recovery hose clamp to the radiator.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
