2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Removal Procedure

- Raise the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE in General Information.
- Remove tire and wheel. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION in Tires and Wheels.
- Remove brake caliper. Refer to BRAKE CALIPER -- FRONT SINGLE PISTON or BRAKE CALIPER -- FRONT DUAL PISTON .
- Remove the hub and rotor. Refer to BRAKE ROTOR -- FRONT .
- Remove wheel speed sensor mounting clip on the control arm.
- Remove wheel speed sensor mounting clip on the frame rail.
- Disconnect wheel speed sensor electrical connector (2).
- Remove the sensor mounting screw (5).NOTE: Carefully remove the sensor by pulling it straight out of the bore. DO NOT use a screwdriver, or other device. Prying will cause the sensor body to break off in the bore.
