- Install the hood latch support bracket to the upper radiator tie bar.
- Install the four bolts to the hood latch support bracket.
Tighten
Tighten the hood latch support bracket bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Reposition the hood latch release cable to the hood latch support bracket.
- Install the hood latch to the hood latch support bracket. Refer to HOOD LATCH REPLACEMENT .
- Adjust the hood, if required. Refer to HOOD ADJUSTMENT .
- Connect the electrical harness to the hood latch support bracket.
- Close the hood.
