- Position the hood hold-open rod bushing to the radiator support. Press in until fully seated.
- Push the hood hold-open rod (2) into the bushing.
- Install the retainer clip (1) to the radiator support. Press in until fully seated.
- Position the hood hold-open rod (2) in the retainer clip (1).
- Remove the hood support from the hood.
- Close the hood.
