Scan Tool Data Definitions: Outputs
Door Lock Relay: The scan tool displays the commanded state of the door lock relay. The scan tool displays ON when the keyless entry transmitter LOCK button or the power lock switch is activated. The BCM allows the door lock relay coil to go to ground, locking the doors.
Driver Door Unlock Relay: The scan tool displays the commanded state of the driver door unlock relay. The scan tool displays ON when the keyless entry transmitter UNLOCK button or the power unlock switch is activated. The BCM allows the driver door unlock relay coil to go to ground, unlocking the doors.
Passenger Door Unlock Relay: The scan tool displays the commanded state of the passenger door unlock relay. The scan tool displays ON when the BCM allows the passenger door unlock relay to go to ground to UNLOCK the passenger door(s). The BCM will command this state when the UNLOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter is activated twice within 3 seconds.
