Installation Procedure
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator to the vehicle.
- Install the radiator bolts. Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the engine oil cooler lines to the radiator. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (6.0L & 8.1L Engines) .
- Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the radiator.
- Install the radiator vent inlet hose to the radiator.
- Reposition the radiator vent inlet hose clamp to the radiator.
- Install the lower fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement - Lower .
- Install the outlet hose to the radiator.
- Reposition the outlet hose clamp to the radiator.
- Install the inlet hose to the radiator.
- Reposition the inlet hose clamp to the radiator.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining & Filling Cooling System
