  • The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) is above 26 kPa.
  • The vehicle speed is less than 82 MPH.
  • The engine speed is between 550-3400 RPM.
  • The Barometric (BARO) pressure is more than 72 kPa.
  • The fuel ethanol composition is less than 88 percent.
  • The fuel level is more than 9.8 percent.
