If no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present and a no-start condition exists, proceed toNO-START DIAGNOSIS in BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES - 3.8L BONNEVILLE, GRAND PRIX, IMPALA, LE SABRE, MONTE CARLO, PARK AVENUE & REGAL article.
