Fuel Sender Assembly: Installation
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation

NOTE:
Fuel pump strainer must be in a horizontal position when installing fuel tank sender assembly into fuel tank. Ensure fuel pump strainer does not block the travel of the fuel sensing assembly float arm.
- Clean fuel sending assembly sealing area. Install NEW fuel sending assembly "O" ring onto the fuel tank opening. Lower fuel tank sending assembly into fuel tank. See Fig 1 . Install fuel sending assembly retaining ring using Retaining Ring Remover/Installer (J-39765).
- Reconnect EVAP and fuel lines at fuel sending assembly. Reconnect electrical connections at fuel sending assembly. Reinstall fuel tank. See FUEL TANK . Check for fuel leaks.
