Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Installation

2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation

  1. Install FTP sensor (1) to fuel sender assembly.
  2. Install FTP sensor retaining clip (2). See Figure .
  3. Connect fuel sender harness connector (1). See Figure .
  4. Connect FTP sensor harness connector (2). Inspect the butyl caulk seal for the fuel sender access panel. See Figure .
  5. Replace any missing butyl caulk as necessary.
  6. Install access panel to rear seat floor.
  7. Relocate carpet under the seat and left sill plate area.
  8. Install sill plate to left side door opening.
  9. Install rear seat bottom cushion.
  10. Secure seat cushion using the 2 fasteners.
