Throttle Body Assembly: Installation
2004 Oldsmobile Bravada RWDSECTION Installation

- Install a NEW throttle body gasket (1).
- Install throttle body (2) onto intake manifold. Install 2 bolts (5).
- Install the accelerator cable bracket (4) and 2 nuts (3) to throttle body. See Figure .
- Tighten throttle body bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect coolant hoses (3) to throttle body. See Figure .
- Connect PCV breather hose (6) to throttle body (1). See Figure .
- Connect IAC valve harness connector (5). See Figure .
- Connect TP sensor harness connector (4). See Figure .
- Install air inlet duct (2). See Figure .
- Refill the cooling system.
- Install engine cover (1). See Figure .
- Install engine cover (1) bolts. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
